The Bates Spiral Notebook features a durable 0.45 mm polypropylene cover and a compact 5" × 7" size, making it ideal for daily use at school, the office, or on the go. Inside are 50 sheets of FSC®-certified 70g lined paper for smooth, reliable writing. The notebook includes a built-in windowed card holder and pen loop, along with 5-color paper flags (25 sheets per color) and a 2" x 3" yellow paper sticky note pad with 25 sheets. Practical and lightweight, this notebook combines writing and organizing tools in one easy-to-carry design.
