Terms of Service

Orders & pricing. Submitting an order on plexkey.com starts our review. Pricing shown is catalog pricing; your final quote includes decoration setup, shipping, and applicable artwork charges. Payment terms and due dates are stated in your quote and invoice. No order enters production until artwork and order details are approved.

Artwork. By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We may adjust artwork as needed for production; all changes appear on your proof for approval.

Proofs & production. Production times are quoted per product and begin after proof approval. Because all merchandise is custom-decorated, approved orders cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects or material deviation from the approved proof.

Liability.PlexKey's liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
