Totally reusable, simply microwave for hot therapy, or freeze for cold (detailed instructions printed on back). They are perfect promotional item for hospitals, doctor's offices, health fairs, or spas. Packs should not be used on infants. This product is not intended for use by children or pets. It may present a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age.
