The Garnett is one in a family of four elegant starfire glass awards defined by a 2-part base in polished aluminum and rosewood-colored, piano finish wood. These are particularly graceful designs: the subtle balance of shapes and colors in the components complement the artwork, rather than overwhelm it. The tapered bevels on the upward flaring sides of the Garnett accentuate the sparkle of starfire, produce attractive reflections along the edges, and frame the large central etching area. Best suited to artwork that can be easily centered and ordered hierarchically.
