This twist on/off, white LED flashlight and waste bag dispenser features a carabiner clip to hook on to your leash, bag, belt loop or purse, and comes with batteries, which are inserted and replaceable. It includes 25 bags packed inside, replaceable by unscrewing the bottom (biodegradable refills sold separately).
